Our Products

Snails & Escargot Caviar

Escargot caviar are the delicate pearly white eggs of snails and are regarded as a fine delicacy overseas. Second only to Beluga Caviar in cost, this unique delicacy is currently unavailable in Australia.

Our snails are housed in custom controlled indoor environments where they are protected from extreme weather and predators while having their dietary needs, temperature and humidity needs all strictly met.

Environmental Stewardship

Gippsland Pearls is set on a beautiful property surrounded by bush. Our environment is extremely important to us and we aim to operate our business as sustainably as possible. Specifically, we:

  • Collect rain water from our large roof spaces
  • Use solar energy to off set our reliance on brown energy
  • Re-use water where safe and possible in our farming and processing methods
